Pälskragar till Jokkmokks Marknad

Så spännande det ska bli att åka till Jokkmokks Marknad som pågår 7-9 februari. Har sytt nya pälskragar som ska packas ner till marknaden. Har kanske omedvetet inspirerats av resmålet, tycker de ser lite samiska ut. Eller har TV-serien "Game of thrones", som jag följer, påverkat estetiken. Man vet aldrig riktigt varifrån eller hur det växer fram. En mix av olika input blir till något nytt.

I am exited to go to Jokkmokk Market, in the very north of Sweden. The market will take place 7-9 february. I have sewn new coolars of fur for the exhibition. The collars are maybe inspirered by my thoughts of the trip because I think they look a bit samiska, or is it from my looking at the tv-series "Game of thrones". You never know from where or how inspiration grows. A mix of different input becomes something new.
